Well tune your car and then add my wires, coil and plugs and if you don't
see a difference I'll take it back.

I don't doubt that there are performance modifications that work.
What I want to know is the measured performance improvement over
a well-tuned stock car. Without that benchmark, there isn't any way
to compare one improvement over another.
