Sure it will.  But, quite likely the current draw will go down at  
speed, as the incoming wind will start to do the work of turning the  
fan blades.  Indeed, if you drive fast enough, you might well see  
negative current draw as the motors start acting as generators and  
produce electricity rather than consume it.
