Agreed it is you car, make all modifications one wishes, just buy a
little black book, label it PO and document all modifications so the
next owner can trace/correct the odd problem that was caused by the
innocent change. (The law of unintended consequences). Please keep
the book in the glove box, it really is a gift to the next owner.
