Yeah, I have been running mine for 2 years problem free as well.  I 
did opt to replace the fans recently though, just because of the 
lighter load and less noise.  I think like most products, there are 
going to be a few with bugs in them.  No corporation out there can 
guarantee that their items will be 100% problem free.  Now, they can 
guarantee that if their product has problems, they will replace it 
free of charge.  As long as John stands by his products and replaces 
any defective ones and works out the bugs then I have no complaints.
