I think you'll make it.
If I did it, I'd have a back up plan. If I HAD to make it, I wouldn't
do it. If the trip involves stop and go traffic, I wouldn't do it.
Failure is definitely a possibility.
In your shoes, if I did it, I would:
carry a spare battery or two,
carry jumper cables, so some good Samaritan could charge me up if needed,
overcharge the battery(ies),
drive fast, using the highest gear possible,
consider disabling the fans, if my car runs cool enough to not fry,
shut off the car to save battery energy when I could coast for more
than 20 seconds,
bring ice and water.
