Everything happened very quickly for this arrangement and James Espey was
originally supposed to have three cars there, but was asked later to only
have two (due to parking space limitations we assume).   James also didn't
want to publicize it too much in case the segment was canceled or bumped out
in favor "late breaking news"

We really didn't know details until very late Sunday night.   At that time
it was just "Bring two Deloreans at 5:00am to 44th and Broadway"  We had no
confirmed info on how much airtime they would get, how they would be used,
who would be in them, or who would be talking about them on screen.   It
literally changed up to the last minute (Gene and I were supposed to be in
the driver seats of the cars for the third segment).

I apologize to Kayo, and anyone else who would have liked to be there that I
didn't "leak" info sooner, but with all the uncertainty of how it was going
to be done, we didn't want to create more confusion then needed.

I would have done the same.  I am only 3.75 miles form ABC Studios and I do
drive by that area often when I get off the West Side Highway.
