It Kinda sounds like it could be a Cold start valve problem,or
possible Co adjustment to rich,or even a Lambda ECU malfunction or
sensor problem,also check these three other items for proper
function,the Lambada Micro-switch,(for idle speed)the frequency
valve,and the thermal vacuum control valve(for the bad gas mileage)
For the bad running engine,check the the control pressure being to
high,or possible injectors not spraying correct,or possible micro-
switch problems,or it could be a simple thing like a
bad/malfunctioning ignition coil,or a sticky air flow sensor.
