Im sure John will post his own response but for the record I see no problem
in saying about discussing it privately.
 
Alot of people seem to forget John is running a business and providing a
service.
 
If I was in his shoes I would not be giving out free information to the
world either.  I would certainly help out people where I can and give free
advice where I can but I would not publish the information on the web.

Why privately? Mike asked on a public forum, it should be answered on
the public forum. Others may be curious. I for one would just like to
