[DML] fuel pump

A BIG thank you to David Teitelbaum, Bill Robertson, Royce Holdon and 
Warren at DMC. All of you guys gave me some great input, and all were 
on the right track. The problems turned out to be 1. the inertia switch 
was tripped.---2. number 7 fuse while it looked fine was indeed bad. 
The car was fixed in less than 20 minutes just by following your 
advice. Thank each and every one of you very much, as I have always 
said if you own a Delorean you really need to be on the dmc news 
mailing list. I have learned a lot here and try to help others when I 
can. WOW good to have old 3513 on the road again.
