Not in my experience. Turbo cars are like homes (at least here in the
North) with swimming pools.
Someone either really wants it, and doesn't mind all the maintenance
challenges that come with it, or they don't want to mess with it and
won't touch it at any price. More people seem to feel the latter so the
price doesn't fully reflect the cost of the upgrade, and may even be
negative compared to a "normal" car.
The other, simpler view seems to be: "Hmm - it's a Turbo so he's
probably been beating on it - I'll keep looking".
Not arguing whether the above is right or wrong, but it's the common
perception.
