[DML] Re: fuel pump / tank problem - Can anyone HELP???

There is obviously a problem in your vapor venting. Maybe a hose is
kinked or crushed, maybe blocked off. I have seen on several cars that
the hose coming out of the bottom of the vapor cannister is blocked by
insect debris. It's like cement. The pump can't pump against a vacuum.
