Cleaning grounds will not help with power drains. The horn, flasher,
seatbelt circuit should not be drawing anything in standby. The radio
is probably drawing to keep the clock up. See if the lock module is
still hooked up. If it is the stock, unmodifed one, disconnect it. If
you don't care about the time or the presets put a battery master
switch in.
