A neverending story - idle speed too high... the bearings of the butterfly shaft tend to run in and therefore won't close completely when the engine is running. With the engine off everything is fine. Try to push the butterflies to close completely when this problem occurs. it's more likely this problem then the thermistor. of course a defekt power stage of the ECU may have the same effect by opening the idle motor completely. can you feel the vibration ? any other idle ECU available to test it ? bur first test the butterfly thing !
