Shain, I'm sure you looked for vacuum leaks, behind the center consol, engine area, carbon canister and brake booster. The small linkage under the throttle spindle going to the throttle lever. Checked the resistance on the thermistor. If all is above then the last 2 things I would check would be the fuel adjustment screw is to rich and if it's adjusted properly then turn the idle screw counter clock about 1/2 turn. So far i have checked the microswitch which is good, new idle speed motor, the linkage is not binding or staying open.
