Hi Jake, You don't menton the reason why your windows are stuck. If it's the electrical/mechanical part (motor), replacing them will allow opening your toll-booth windows again. Should the guides be the problem, then re-aligning (if that's the problem) will do the trick. Anyhow you have to get into the doors to find out what's avoiding normal operation. While being in there, look at the rubber seals and wipe on the inside. The latter may need replacement (velcro, soft part, will do).
