Thanks for your response Mike. I've used a flashlight
to make sure the vent flaps are open. I'm fairly
certain I rebuilt the switch correctly per the
instructions, and I have the hoses and wires on
correctly. I've been told that actuators rarely go
bad, so maybe my mode switch is bad itself, vacuum
wise.
