[DML] Window Motor Regulator Instalation Instruction

Hello Klaus, 
    Heninger and Associates wrote the detailed installation instructions with six photos and made available to all other venders.  Ask your vendor to send a copy.  The regulator is made for another vehicle but can be disassembled to install in a DeLorean.
