Darryl, Have you checked the idle speed motor or switch to make sure it's opening properly. Sounds like the engine is loading up on fuel. Well now when I start up the car it struggles, it will start but it takes about two times to turn over. If I rev the engine, I get clouds of black smoke. After the car idles it runs fine, as long as i keep it stationary or a constant speed like the highway. But now when I come to a complete stop and only when I push the clutch in the car stalls. If I rev the engine it will keep running, even when it comes to a stop I can then let it idle, but not reving the engine the car almost stalls instanly. the idle just crashes.... Any ideas what it can be. I'm going on a two hour trip and need the car next week.... ayway I could do some testing to see what it is? -thanks Darryl VIN 5898 To address comments privately to the moderating team, please address: moderators@xxxxxxxxxxx For more info on the list, tech articles, cars for sale see www.dmcnews.com To search the archives or view files, log in at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/dmcnews Yahoo!
