[DML] problems with tail lights anyone?

Does anyone else here have trouble with their tail lights (brake 
lights, red lights, rear turn signals) sometimes intermitantly not 
working?  I have the originals in my car and they sometimes do not 
function propertly. What about upgrades or replacements?
