This incident is not new to purchasing items long distance as many of us can relate. It is totally frustrating and seldom results in the kind of results we would like. I've been told that you have to start with a criminal complaint with the local police. That gets something on record. If the guys selling over the Internet then there may be other avenues. There is a place to avoid in Florida..All Car Shop Inc..that I would avoid at all costs. He did some work on my Delorean and basically screwed me. It would be great to have a forum or a section in which problems like this can be aired. Roy #0893 ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com.
