We won't need another hotel if people do like they have in  Gettysburg.
I had 204 rooms reserved in Gettysburg but the advance registration was so  
great that I got the rest of the rooms 304 with no penalty clause.  I just  
need to give up unused rooms 30 days out and I doubt at this point we will need  
to give any back. There are less than 80 left.
Same applies to Palace Station.  If we sell half the rooms as fast as  we did 
in Gettysburg we will be able to get more rooms AND more space since the  
convention center is based on sq ft.per head count.
So you help the show more by booking at the palace ensuring me the maximum  
convention space which in turn benefits you all.
So the key to not having to worry about alternate Hotels is to book  rooms 
early, help the show and help yourself have the best time  possible.
 
If not then that list Robert made may come in real handy later.
