After 3 hours it is no longer the accumulator. It doesn't hold the "REst Pressure" up that long. I would suspect the thermo-time switch and the entire cold start system. Again to confirm a "hot start" problem you switch the plugs, not jumper the RPM relay. The only reason to jumper the RPM relay is if there is no pressure at all and the fuel pump dosen't run. I would suspect the inertia switch before the RPM relay anyway. BTW if switching the plugs won't get you going on a cold engine that is a good indication of a problem in the cold start system which would not include the thermo-time switch. If it gets you going on a hot engine then at least you know the cold start valve is OK. Another way to confirm a problem in the cold start system is to give it a squirt of Ether when cold. If it starts right up the cold start system is not functioning properly.
