[DML] Idle Hunting

My idle hunts from about 1500 RPM- 900 RPM only until it gets warm warm about 5-10 min. after that period it is fine. it does matter if you accelerate or not.
   
  What could be causing this i.e vacum leak, cold start any suggestions?
