In my case about 6-7 ounces! If I wait for the light I typically have 30 seconds to either find a gas station or call a tow truck. The original fuel senders are horribly inaccurate, especially at this point in time. But I really don't use my fuel gauge. I know my gas mileage and how much I can get to a tank, so I use that instead.

How much fuel remains in the tank when the yellow low fuel light is on
steady?
