Climb off your high horse, sir knight. Courtney openly asked for
opinions and openly received responses. You don't send email to a few
thousand people if you want everyone to "mind their own business."

No, you don't. It's a straight job with the transmission out. 30
seconds of work and $15 for a new seal once that tranny has been
pulled. It's only a big deal if you pay a shop to pull the
transmission; then you quickly get into the many hundreds of dollars
range for labor. If you do it yourself and have some experience, it's
a Saturday job.
