Turning on the A/C will only cause the fans to run IF the A/C is not
low on refrigerent. Not a good test unless you KNOW the A/C is OK.
Best test is to just jumper the 2 wires to the otterstadt switch. If
the fans won't run with the jumper chances are they won't run with the
A/C either. It doesn't always work the other way around because of the
low pressure switch on the A/C.
