I think $15K might be a slightly high number unless you are talking about a
total frame off restoration. I paid for $15K for my whole car and it was in
minty condition.
For nly a few thousand and the help of the vendors you can replace the
entire fuel and brake
system, these two things are the biggest trouble makers to a car that has
been sitting.
A few electrical upgrades might be needed, and maybe some A/C service, and
maybe
some of DMCH's seat covers.
