James has said we need to stop asking DMCH when the dashes will be done,
but you might give them a call to see if they can give you a hint.  They
are reproducing the dashboards and binnacles with targets of selling
them this year? for $500-600? for the pair.  Before you send yours out
you should understand the options.

 

On the other hand, let me know what you find out, I'm in Los Angeles and
REALLY need to do something about mine too.

I am needing to remove the entire dash assembly in order to send it
somewhere to be re-covered/restored. Are there any writeups around
that I might follow along with? Any tricks that would help make the
job easier?

and while i'm on the topic, anyone have a recommendation of a vendor
who can recover/restore the dash and make it nice again? I'm in the
Bay Area, Ca.
