[DML] Does Anyone Have an Extra Mirror Access Panel?

My left side mirror housing is missing the little black snap in panel and I was wondering if there was an extra one someone had lying around?
   
  Also, my left side mirror wiggles around loosely so I was wondering what can I do about that?  Not the plate attached to the car, but the part connecting the mirror to the plate.
   
  I was thinking mybe a nut or something may be missing.
