Throughout the car there are two types. Round headed fir trees, and slotted  
head fir trees with a comma shaped head. The slotted ones twist into round 
holes  as Toby said,  and the round heads slide into keyhole shaped holes. (Such  
as the A posts, if I recall correctly.)
