[DML] cracked dashboard - what are the options?

I know that binnacle refurbishment is readily available from several
of the vendors, but I'm not sure about whole dashboard repair or
refurbishment. What would my options be for a (gray) dash replacement
or repair/refurbishment? DMCH doesn't list a price, and I've not had
any luck searching for repair services for the dash. Same for
specialtauto - found binnacle services, but no dash. Any insight is
much appreciated.

And while I have the group's attention, what or who would be a
recommended vendor to have fascias refurbished/repainted (eyebrows
repaired, etc) ?
