[DML] Antenna options

Okay, more questions. I looked through the DML archives but I'm hoping
for an update...

My car (well, it's not mine yet, but you know..) has the fender
antenna. I know that mounting a power antenna there would require some
cutting into the material underneath, but my question is, has anyone
done it?

If so, I'd like pictures. My car is already not stock and somewhat
updated, I might as well make it convenient to cover it (cover has a
hole in it... I'd rather it just slide over).

And, of course, if the answer is no... I'll have to do it myself at
some point.
