[DML] Raffle car and Magazine

I have gotten a few e-mails lately asking if you actually can buy raffle  
tickets for the raffle car.
 
The answer is yes
 
The web page is set up just like last time and the car is already to  go.  I 
have been driving it lately and it will probably be at the Jan  meeting of the 
DCO in Jan.
 
The magazine (current issue) is here and there are many of you that have  not 
yet renewed.
If you want the magazine by Christmas I would think Wedensday would be the  
latest I can mail it and get it to you by Christmas
 
We have changed the format a bit as it is more colorful and we have changed  
the way we have done a few features.  We think you will like it.
