I'd just like to say "welcome" to Roman and to say I'm so sorry it 
got off to such a bad start.  Dan was just being protective of me and 
I'm sure didn't mean an harm.  We're always watching each other's 
backs in the D community.   And to all -- Roman is a super-nice kid 
with a dream and from all the emails we've sent back and forth I've 
only gotten the impression that he is forthright and honest in the 
pursuit of that dream.
