A reminder that over the winter (for us in the North anyway) it is a good time to change the fluids in the car. It is very important that the brake and clutch fluids be flushed out and rebled every 2 years. The coolant should at least be tested if not replaced. Check the level in the transmission on a 5-speed and the final drive on an automatic. If the car is in storage the battery should be removed and stored in a warm place getting recharged once a month. In the Spring an under-chassis inspection, tire pressure check and an oil change and you should be good for another season.
