Doubt it;
Creative idea, however the front fascia, as designed, is an integral
part of the vehicles impact absorption system... Therefore if you
made a metal fascia, you'd want to have a fairly ugly `federal'
bumper sticking out of it? works for trucks...but please don't...
On another note, any minor bump or collision would likely result in
extremely expensive repairs as a metal (rigid) fascia would 1) be
very expensive and easily dinged/dented 2) would damage adjoining
panels when it is pushed backwards during a collision.
Regarding manufacturability: You'd have pretty ridiculous time trying
to get someone to build a tough enough die from which to stamp
something as complex as the front fascia. Doing them by hand
wouldn't any more feasible either.
Anyway, if you really want to do something about just as `out-there',
I'd suggest getting composite panels produced to replace the
stainless panels (I believe that was one of JZD intentions to do
later either with the DMC-12 or a subsequent model).
