Anytime you have a rough idle it means you probably need a tuneup.
Start by replacing plugs, wires, cap, rotor (all the basic stuff) and
see if that changes the situation. After that, you need to start looking
at fuel delivery (dirty or worn injectors) and air managment (vacuum
leaks, etc.).
