Andy, As a test. Unplug the 2 wires on the bottom of the otterstat and with
the key in the on position take a large paper clip or 14 or better gauge
wire and short the two wires together. If the fans come on then most likely
you have a bad otterstat or to much air in the coolant.

Hello once more my cooling fan are not coming on. At one time there
was a picture on here someplace of a jumper you can make to fix this
problem. If anyone has this or know where it is listed please let me
know.
