[DML] DMA Fall Tour 2006 - Final Call!

The DMA Fall Tour is only a few days away!   If you have not registered yet,
we need you to do so ASAP!  Time is limited, and we need to have our final
headcount for the event.  Don't miss out!

We also need to know if you plan to attend Dinner on Friday night at the
Stockton Inn.  Even if you pre-registered for the event, we need to give an
accurate head count for Friday night dinner.   If you plan to attend Friday
