Search the DMCNews archives - this has been covered extensively.

I've had two windshields replaced already at PJ Grady.

Everyone talks about the delam problems, but I don't know why it's
such a big deal - you can hardly see it once installed.

There are some tricks to getting it installed correctly -- so I
wouldn't trust a local glass shop.  Read the archives about getting
the right sticky pad for the rear-view mirror, and don't just glue it
back on.
