There is a comments area there for special requests, if you or 
anyone else are planning on arriving on Friday let me know there and 
I can organize a dinner meeting for those who plan on being in the 
area on Friday evening. Im also using the info from the RSVP to 
ensure that everyone planning on attending gets the latest 
information on the event.
