Travis, If I were you I would call Sanden for the amount of oil that is in
the system. They told me about a year ago that the compressors come with
about 2.5 oz of oil. Then for our long hose set up and the amount of freon
you might go up to 7 to 8oz total. Then when you emptied out the compressor
you still had a lot in the lines and in the system. If this has been done
more that once and everyone keeps adding oil, well if you get my drift you
might have a system full of oil.
You might have to tear it down and clean out the lines, condenser,
evaporator and try to get back to zero. Also, the compressor has to be
turned to get all the oil out of it.

I think this one's solved... for now, at least. To recap, I had a
concern that my A/C system pressures weren't quite right. I also did
not notice my compressor cycling. I got several suggestions and
several pointed to a possible low oil level in my A/C system.
