Might begin by checking your relays and fan fuse in the compartment behind the pax seat.
If there's a jumper it may be in there. If you have a diagram you should be able to spot it.

Subject: [DML] Low output through dash vents from AC blower fan
Hi, I recently replaced the broken resister board for
my AC blower fan. Thought I would now have plenty of
air blowing through the dash vents, but with the fan
motor blowing hard on forth speed, there is hardly any
difference than before when only the 2nd fan speed
worked (P.O. bypassed the broken resister board with a
jumper for 2nd speed).
Does anyone know where to start in the dash vent
system to remedy the problem. How difficult a fix is
it? Also, when the climate selector switch is in the
vent position, there is a constant vacuum sound. And
the right hand vent of the center console doesn't blow
air. But both door vents work.
Thanks!
Mike
