Well my water pump checked out at 31,000 miles. I guess not bad for a 25 year old pump. Anyway I managed to snap off the bottom center water pump bolt even after heating it. I removed the rear fascia, exhaust etc so I could drill straight into it. I used a 7/64 bit and tried to get it with an easy-out but it snapped off inside of the bolt. I guess I will have to drill it out and tap it. Any reccomendations on what size bit to use? what size tap? Any other things I should know?
