Absolutely true, The Sumitomo HTRZ II is one of the best summer/inclement weather performance tires I have run. I even put them on my Porsche before I sold it. However, the HTRZ II doesn't come in a couple of the sizes I am looking for. The GS-C does, or did. I thought they were long gone, but some are still being made and I am finding local Goodyear retailers here and there that have some stockpiles. I just don't have them time to call every Goodyear tire store looking for them and hoped that someone on the list had an "in" with Goodyear and could point me in the right direction. As far as tire comparisons, when I find the set(s) I am looking for and have a chance to test them I will definitely report my findings. It is my suspicion that the GS-Cs will be superior to the HTRZ IIs, but only a good test will tell. Unfortunately I'm pretty sure they will be a lot more expensive....:( Matt VIN 16816 The Arizona DeLorean Club --- In dmcnews@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, "Daniel F." <daniel@...> wrote: > > Hey Matt, > > I recall you saying that your current tires, Sumitomos, were one > of the best tires out there, and you loved them.
