Well, the PRV doesn't have lifters. The rocker arms ride the cams
directly and operate the valves. There are no lifters to rattle in a
PRV no matter what oil filter is used. Also, with the high capacity
of oil that the PRV sump provides, the small amount of oil left in
the filter is not an issue.
I have used these filters on my car and have had zero problems,
noise, etc. They work great. I'm sorry that the supply has run out
here in N.A. but we will, somehow, survive.
