Jennifer, Sounds like one of the relays is sticking inside the lock module. This causes the solenoids to stay engaged, draining the battery (and causing the power drop you noticed on the meter). After a bit of time, a circuit breaker will shutdown the circuit temporarily (the clicking you hear). I would highly recommend disconnecting the lock module through its large white connector. This will disable the system and prevent it from draining the battery. Don't worry, the doors will still lock/unlock without this. It's just that now you have to lock/unlock both doors instead of just one. As a fix, you can either replace the relays or just replace the whole module with the new digital version. You may also need to replace the solenoids now because they might be fried from staying engaged for so long.
