Thanks again, Dave. I went out and bought a proper matching blower motor from AutoZone. It is a Siemens PM106 for a 1980 Chevy Monza and at $19.95 with a lifetime warranty, seems like a bargain. It fits properly and the vent hole lines up properly, spins in the right direction and maybe is a bit stronger than my old one. Does anyone in a DeLorean have an A/C unit that in the hottest weather, with the sun penetrating the windshield can keep the passenger cool? Make sure the ductwork inside both doors is connected and not leaking much. If either or both leak you will get little or no air out the vents. If you are not using the center vents you should plug the outlet so your cold air isn't lost under the dash. Your evaporator coil could be dirty, blocking air. It can be cleaned by taking the blower motor out and using a small hose with water. Flush the coil out and use a shop vac on the drain hose to pull the junk out so it doesn't clog the drain. You may not have the "correct" blower motor but if it fits and works it can be used. Check that the fan changes speed on each position of the fan switch.
