Hi Instead of replacing the bulbs you can try removing them one by one and see when the fuse doesn't blow anymore. But instead of blowing a lot of fuses try to get a decent meter that can handle that kind of current and use that. You will see the current drop every time you remove a bulb. If you see a sharp drop at some point it will indicate that this circuit has a problem. I would look at the diodes too. You might have a shorted diode that is causing the problem. Do the same test with the meter... and disconnect the diodes. You might then test them out of the car. They are located in wiring loom on the drivers side of the center console.
