Bob: I assume you have a general plan for physical clearance issues, but what are you going to do about weight issues? With the window down the glass weight will be much further from the hinge, when it's up it will be pretty close to stock door weight distribution. Do you have a plan to keep the door from sagging when the window is down? Are you using lexan or similar?
